1. • Request a free site visit through the website or by contacting TCICL’s customer service.
   • Schedule a convenient date and time for the site visit.
   • A representative from TCICL will accompany you to the site and provide guidance and information on the available plots.

1. • After the site visit, review the available plots and choose your preferred plot(s) based on your requirements and preferences.
   • Take note of the plot number(s) and any other relevant details for future reference.

1. • Access the online offer letter form provided on the TCICL website.
   • Fill in the required details accurately and completely.
   • Submit the offer letter form electronically.
   • Check your email for a copy of the offer letter for your records.

1. • Once the offer letter is submitted, make the minimum booking amount via the available payment platforms (e.g., bank transfer, mobile money).
   • Receive a payment confirmation from your chosen payment platform.
   • Share the payment confirmation with your assigned Relationship Manager at TCICL.

1. • Your Relationship Manager will issue you a receipt for the booking payment.
   • You will be provided with a Sale Agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the purchase.
   • Carefully review the Sale Agreement and seek clarification if needed.
   • Sign the Sale Agreement and submit it to TCICL as per the provided instructions.

1. • Make the remaining payment within the specified payment duration.
   • TCICL will provide you with the necessary payment details and options.
   • Ensure timely completion of the payment to secure your plot.

1. • Once the payment is completed, TCICL will initiate the title deed transfer process.
   • You will receive a title deed transfer document for signing.
   • Carefully review the document, sign it, and return it to TCICL as per the provided instructions.

1. • TCICL will notify you when your title deed is ready for collection.
   • You can visit the TCICL office to pick up the title deed or request delivery through a courier service of your choice.
   • Provide the necessary documentation and identification to receive the title deed.

• Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of the selected plot.
